First edition of this set on Scotland's historical buildings illustrated by the Victorian architect Robert William Billings (1814-1874) with 4 repeated engraved titles, 242 steel-engravings on India paper pasted on vellum (one without caption is not listed) and woodcuts in the text featuring mostly churches and castles.
